Organization Mission:

Pathways to Success's mission is to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help individuals develop to be healthy, productive, contributing, and responsible citizens. Working in service to the at-risk communities in a spirit of offering hope through education and information, creating positive systemic change through empowerment.

Support Pathways to Success and its mission to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help at-risk youth to develop to be healthy, productive, contributing and responsible citizens.

We currently have in-school and after-school programs in five Delaware high schools; Cape Henlopen High School, Milford High School, Seaford High School, Polytech High School, and Sussex Technical High School. We provide C.A.R.E. (consistent, authentic, respectful, empowerment) for students that are at risk of not graduating and need additional support personally, financially, and academically. Students enrolled in our program have a 98% graduation rate, with 96% going on to college, entering the military, or finding full time employment.

The funds raised in Do More 24 Delaware will help us support the unique needs and challenges of our under-resourced youth, such as mentorship, tutoring, work experience, support for extracurricular activities, job readiness programs, and hunger prevention.
