4DL is Doing More in 2024!

Save the date for this year’s Do More 24 event, a 24-hour online fundraiser for Delaware nonprofit organizations like 4th-Dimension Leaders (4DL).

This year’s goal is $10,000. As an organization focused on increasing access to high-quality education for all students, 4DL is piloting a version of our Equity Practitioner Program (EPP) for secondary students. The EPP Experience empowers students to engage deeply with one another by exposing them to issues that matter in a learning environment that facilitates self-reflection, critical thinking and community-building.

You can also help by spreading the word: a single email or post on social media to your family and friends, near and far, will go a long way. It’s easy to contribute!

Beginning at midnight on Thursday, March 7th, log on to 4DL’s page on the Do More 24 website. You can find Do More 24 links on our website, LinkedIn page, or Twitter. Just remember, the clock runs out at 5:59pm on Friday, March 8th!

You can donate any amount, but here are some examples of what your contribution will provide to 4DL:
  • $500 pays the summer tuition of one student
  • $250 covers the cost of program materials for 2 students
  • $125 funds the summer outdoor activities for 1 student
  • $ 50 celebrates 5 years of 4DL’s impact
  • $ 25 pays for the swag bag for 1 student
About 4th-Dimension Leaders

4DL envisions school-level change, whereby both the enabling conditions for transformation and a cadre of transformation-ready leaders are cultivated on an ongoing basis. 4DL offers training and development programs specific to aspiring school leaders, sitting leaders who need high-yield support, and burgeoning leaders of equity work.
