4DL is seeking to raise $1,000 this DoMore24! These funds will directly provide materials (books) for the fellows joining the Equity Practitioner Program's Facilitator Training Institute!

Support 4th-Dimension Leaders and its mission to support communities in Delaware. EPP seeks to equip educators at every level of organization with the knowledge, skills, abilities and resources to successfully lead equity efforts at the school and community levels.

4DL envisions school-level change, whereby both the enabling conditions for transformation and a cadre of transformation-ready leaders are cultivated on an ongoing basis. 4DL offers training and development programs specific to aspiring school leaders, sitting leaders who need high-yield support, and burgeoning leaders of equity work.
