Making a Space for everyone

Organization Mission:

The Friends of the Harrington Public Library is a 501(c)3 organization. Its purpose is to promote and enhance library programs, services, and facilities. It is a volunteer organization, whose members share the belief that a strong public library is valuable asset to our local communities because it is an essential intellectual, cultural, educational, and recreational resource for our citizens, both old and young.

As we continue with the construction of the library, we are looking towards furnishing our Maker Space Lab. A Maker Space Lab is where people can invent, tinker, and create with a variety of craft materials and technologies.
