We believe there is a Great Dame in every woman, and Great Dames can change the world. We help women activate their “Great Dameness” with purpose and passion at work, in communities and their personal lives. We know the power of women to inspire each other when they come together to share their stories and wisdom. Our programs help women form communities with kindred spirits through shared initiatives and dialogue. We facilitate the exchange of innovative ideas and inspirational vision to help women achieve their leadership potential. The Great Dames Empowerment Fund provides scholarships and seed grants to women, girls, and women-focused organizations. We believe ALL women are worthy! Join us!
