Organization Mission:
Ascending Queens mission is to inspire, educate and instill self-esteem in our next generations, with the intent to bridge the gap within our community. Through connections, we plan to enable them to achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations as confident, successful and skilled young adults.

About Ascending Queens
For over the past 11 years, Ascending Queens has provided at-risk youth and families in New Castle County and parts of Pennsylvania with the tools they need to ASCEND. Through mentorship, college readiness, career development, enrichment programs, and community service initiatives, we’ve impacted over 3,000 children and families.
Last year, thanks to the generous support of donors like you, we were able to take 25 students on our annual HBCU College Tour! We visited Delaware State University, Cheyney State University, Coppin State University, and the University of the District of Columbia—and partnered with the lovely Jasmine Hamlin the owner of Delaware 1st Skate to give our students a unique cultural experience through roller skating. To think half never went left Delaware or been skating.
This year, we will love YOUR help in raising $2,000 to continue fostering partnerships and creating life-changing opportunities for our youth. Let's continue to help Ascend our next generations. No donation is too big or small. We appreciate all your support.
