Our mission is to create and support mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Our vision is for all of Delaware’s youth to achieve their full potential.

BBBSDE vision is for all Delaware youth to achieve success. Youth enrolled in the program are connected with a one-to-one mentoring relationship with a positive role model. Many of our at risk youth do not have consistent positive role models, this is where our agency steps in.
