working to generate small solar farms to produce electric for "working poor". With the help of grants qualified households would receive their electric for $0.03 per kW plus the distributors fee. This would save the average family over $1,000 annually. Every acre could benefit 100 families. These facilities would have flowers and low growing grasses planted to benefit pollinators.
