Why We Need Your Support
Although the Delaware HIV Consortium receives government grants that pay for some of the services we provide, many programs are not fully-funded, and still others receive no government funding at all.  Your generous donation helps us to continue to provide vital services and resources to Delawareans living with HIV, while also helping us to provide our many HIV prevention programs.  With your support, we can eliminate HIV in Delaware by 2030.

About Delaware HIV Consortium

Mission: The Delaware HIV Consortium is dedicated to providing leadership to eliminate HIV in Delaware by supporting and providing optimal HIV care and prevention services.

By working collaboratively with community partners and by providing direct services itself, the Consortium ensures that Delawareans living with HIV/AIDS have access to HIV case management, transportation assistance, a housing assistance program, emergency financial assistance, HIV community planning, outreach, education, testing and linkage to care, and advocacy.   The Consortium also provides subcontracted services to the Delaware Division of Public Health, administering programs such as a HIV prevention education campaign,  a data to care re-engagement program, a mail order condom distribution program, and a PrEP Navigation program.   The Consortium provides statewide services to Delawareans living with HIV through offices in Wilmington and Milford, Delaware.
