Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association, Inc. (DMHOA) is dedicated to advocating for the protection of manufactured homeowners on LEASED land and educating homeowners about their rights and obligations under the current laws and regulations.

DMHOA is the only statewide organization dedicated to defending these homeowners. We fight for fair treatment, stronger protections, and thriving communities.
