I’m fundraising for Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
Exposure to violence can harm an adult & child's emotional, psychological and even physical development. Children exposed to violence are more likely to have difficulty in school, abuse drugs or alcohol, act aggressively, suffer from depression or other mental health problems and engage in criminal behavior as adults. Survivor-centred approach aims to put the rights of each survivor at the forefront of all actions and ensure that each survivor is treated with dignity and respect. About Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence
Mission: The Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence is a statewide, nonprofit organization and coalition of organizations, groups, and individuals that strive to promote conditions that prevent and eliminate domestic violence by educating its members and community partners; providing informational resources to the community; and advocating as a strong, unified voice for victims/survivors of domestic violence, children who are affected, domestic violence programs and victim service providers.
