Services include: Day Services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities, Adult Day Care, Memory Care, Personal Attendant Services, Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy, Supported Employment, Recreation and Respite, Children's Therapy, Agency With Choice and Caregiver Supports.
