Organization Mission:

To foster and develop the arts in the geographic area of Middletown, Delaware encompassing the community’s culturally diverse resources and to preserve the historic nature of the Everett Theatre. Our mission features two primary directions: the visual arts expressed through the Gilbert W. Perry Jr. Center for the Arts and the performing arts expressed through the Everett Theatre complex.

I’m Emerson Wallace.

I’m fundraising for The Everett.

When I was younger, I hadn’t found my group of people. I hadn’t figured out what I wanted to be or do. Then, out of the blue,  I was introduced to theatre and my life completely changed! I found my people, place, and passion in life! It has given me confidence, happiness, and a feeling of belonging! The Everett is that sacred place I have grown to love! This awesome theatre family is my home away from home, my safe place where I can be my full self and I can’t thank them enough! I’m raising funds so that so many other kids can have the same benefits that The Everett has given me.
