Since becoming part of the Girls Inc. of Delaware team as a college intern at the start of 2022, I've been privileged to witness firsthand the organization's remarkable mission in action. Dedicated to empowering young girls and women across the state, Girls Inc. of Delaware strives to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold! It's been truly inspiring to see the organization's expansion efforts as they reach more girls, providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.

About Girls Inc. of Delaware

The Girls Inc. Experience equips girls to navigate gender, economic and social barriers and grow into healthy, educated and independent adults.  Our programs aim are designed to fulfill our mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. responds and adapts to the changing needs of girls and their communities. Girls who stay in our programs over time, are empowered to reach their full potential and to understand, value, and assert their rights. Our programs focuses on three areas:
