At Friends of CASA Delaware (FOC), we are dedicated to supporting the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) who stand up for Delaware’s most vulnerable children. Our mission is simple: to help recruit, train, and retain the compassionate volunteers who make a difference in the lives of children in foster care.

Right now, we urgently need your support to ensure that every child in Delaware’s foster care system has a dedicated CASA by their side. We provide crucial resources to recruit new volunteers, offer ongoing training, and recognize the tireless efforts of our CASAs who give so much to the children who need them most.

Research shows that children with a CASA volunteer:

FOC is a resource that helps CASA volunteers with recruitment, retention, recognition and direct funds for children in the growing fight against child abuse, neglect and dependent children in Delaware as we create common awareness. Court Appointed Special Advocates are trained volunteers who advocate for the best interest of children in the courtroom and in the community. FOC is the organization that supports and advocates for the volunteers as they advocate for the best interest of the children.
