The Fuller Center for Housing of Delaware is a nonprofit organization that improves communities in Delaware by giving a “hand up, not a hand out” with necessary repairs and simple, decent tiny houses, accessory dwelling units and small scale actions that lead to big changes to increase housing. Our mission is to create vibrant, sustainable communities with affordable, quality housing options that empower individuals and families to thrive. Our ministry is driven by the belief that everyone deserves a place to call home, near where they work, learn, play, and pray at a price their salary/income allows them to afford.

About The Fuller Center for Housing of Delaware

In Delaware, more than 25,000 homes are like this, leaving families living in constant danger. This isn’t just an inconvenience. It’s a crisis.
For families living paycheck to paycheck, fixing these homes isn’t an option. Do you pay the rent or buy food, fix the roof or take care of their kids’ health? Without repairs, homes crumble and put lives at risk.
And it’s not just families—veterans face this too. Without safe housing, they’re more likely to struggle with mental health, even to the point of suicide.
When homes aren’t safe, it hurts everyone. It leads to higher healthcare costs, more crime, and kids falling behind in school. But when we fix homes, we fix lives—and your whole community benefits.
That’s where the Fuller Center for Housing of Delaware comes in. We’re not just fixing houses—we’re changing lives. With the help of volunteers and generous donors, the Fuller Center for Housing of Delaware gives families the chance to rebuild their homes, and their futures.

Through our two main programs, Fuller Center for Housing of Delaware provides a lifeline for those who need it most. One program, Tiny Home Villages for Veterans, offers veterans a safe, supportive community where they can heal and rebuild their lives.
The other program, the Greater Blessings Repair Program, is the focus of this campaign. The Greater Blessings Repair Program helps families stay in their homes by making the repairs they simply can’t afford. We fix roofs, floors, windows—anything that makes a house unsafe. These repairs restore hope and give people the dignity they deserve.
