Organization Mission:

To foster and develop the arts in the geographic area of Middletown, Delaware encompassing the community’s culturally diverse resources and to preserve the historic nature of the Everett Theatre. Our mission features two primary directions: the visual arts expressed through the Gilbert W. Perry Jr. Center for the Arts and the performing arts expressed through the Everett Theatre complex.

In the heart of Middletown, Delaware, the Gilbert W. Perry Jr. Center for the Arts "The Gibby" has provided visual arts programming to the community for over 15 years. As part of The Everett's programming, The Gibby supports the creative artist at all skill levels, and ages, by offering a wide variety of art mediums classes, events, and workshops along with an area for artist to meet, collaborate, and share their artwork.
