About Delta Outreach Education Center
Mission: Our mission is to provide educational and social services, cultural enrichment and personal development skills that afford opportunities primarily for adolescent females, while also addressing inter-generational needs.
Our purpose is to provide a broader range of outreach programs in the Greater Wilmington area as a tax-exempt, non-profit organization.
