This fundraiser is supporting Friends of Auburn Heights as we race to preserve the sights, sounds, and spirit of the early automotive and rail revolution. Your contribution keeps the Marshall family’s extraordinary legacy in motion, ensuring that the magic of Victorian innovation—from hissing Stanley Steamers to the rhythmic chug of the Auburn Valley Railroad—continues to inspire future generations.
About Friends of Auburn Heights
To accomplish this mission, the Friends of Auburn Heights strives to:
- Provide experiential programs and events that connect generations;
- Share the ingenuity, invention and innovation behind early and emerging technologies, encouraging the public to observe, inspect and experience the vintage cars, trains and artifacts in the museum collections;
- Offer educational programs for children (from fields trips and outreach to scouting opportunities and summer camps) that inspire a lifelong love of learning and a curiosity in science, technology and history;
- Share the organization's archival holdings with a growing audience across the globe.
