Delaware ChoralArts serves the greater Wilmington area by presenting a wide range of choral literature, including classical masterworks, spirituals, and music by contemporary and historically under-represented composers. We also cultivate talented singers through professional development and preparation and nurture the art of choral music in the community through collaborations, for example, with high school students and the Wilmington Children’s Chorus.

DCA is run by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors made up of members of the chorale along with support from members of the community who serve in an advisory capacity.
 

Funding for DCA comes from several sources, including a growing number of enthusiastic Patrons, fund raising projects, ticket and ad sales. The organization is also supported in part by generous grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the Presser Foundation.
