About The Rosa Health Center

Mission: The Rosa Health Center Inc's mission is to enhance the community and improve individuals' lives by providing quality primary health care to patients with a focus on the underserved, uninsured and underinsured , and with compassion, dignity, and emphasis on education and preventative health.

We achieve our mission through a cooperative 'old-time family doctor' relationship between provider, staff, patients, and their families. This type of environment encourages the patients to become comfortable and to feel a trust in us. We strive to help our patients and community by promoting and education them to live a health life despite the challenges that they may come across. It takes a village to nurture good healthcare and connecting our patients to community resources is one of our services we pride ourselves in. Our guiding philosophy is that prevention and education are the keys to good health.
