Building brighter futures, engaging youth with public safety, and empowering families to build a stronger community.

Donate to support Police Athletic League of Wilmington Early Learning Center.  We have innovated classrooms, engaging curriculum and professional staff to provide nurturing care for our Early Learners.  Children's brains are developed between the ages of birth to 5 years of age.  This is the most crucial area of the Child's Development process. Please be a part of making this an easier process for our Center.  Now we just need your support to provide an ongoing productive educational process.
