A fundraiser for: 5th Annual Commuter Challenge! (Urban Bike Project of Wilmington)
Organization Mission:
Urban Bike Project supports Wilmington communities by providing access to bicycling as a healthy, affordable and practical means of transportation and recreation.
I’m Paul Moser.
I’m fundraising for
5th Annual Commuter Challenge! (Urban Bike Project of Wilmington).
It's almost summer time, Delaware, and you know what that means. Time to hop in your Kia with the broken air conditioner, drive 2.5 hours, pay to park on Rehoboth Avenue, walk no more than 2 blocks north or south, and find that perfect 50 square foot space amongst the masses to lay your blanket and call your own until sundown.
We're celebrating the thrill of the beach day this year. And guess what, we're biking there too. We're taking route 9, we're going around Milfert, we might even stop at dogfish on the way. But most important, we're brining everything we need to make sure the homies and the family have a great day at the beach. Please give me money so no one gets sunburnt, everyone stays hydrated, and we don't get lost along the way.
$100 - We didn't have much time to pack. We're bringing a blanket. It's not going to be very sunny today, don't worry
$250 - Okay, fine, we will bring the umbrella
$500 - Should probably bring a case of umm water
$750 - Various plastic shovels, sports balls, and sand toys are essential
$1,000 - Don't forget the skateboard. You were planning to WALK to pick up the pizza from Grottos??
$1,250 - We can actually just put the pizza on the back of the bike. Should still bring the skateboard just in case ***At this level donors are entitled to pizza at the end of the race***
$1,500 - Paul will actually bike to the beach dressed up like the anime avatar from the Bike at the Beach Maps
