Second Street Players Campaign for New Seats!

A fundraiser for Milford Second Street Players

$890 raised from 10 donors

$500 goal

I’m Sara Hammer.

I’m fundraising for Milford Second Street Players.

I am just trying to boost donations for Second Street Players campaign for new seats!  The seats we currently have are over 30 years old and we would love to update them!  Any amount, even $5, can help us reach our goal and make us eligible for extended dollars through the #DoMore24DE campaign.  A little video of our most recent production for your enjoyment is included here!  Donate through 6 PM EST today!  As a 100% volunteer driven theater, we appreciate your support of our work!

About Milford Second Street Players

Mission: The purpose of Milford Second Street Players, Inc. shall be threefold: (a) To provide enriching and affordable live theater for residents and guests of the greater Milford community; (b) To provide the members of greater Milford and the surrounding communities with an outlet for their creative abilities in the areas of fine arts, dance, drama, and music, as well as the technical aspects of the theater; and, (c) To serve as a vehicle for education among all members of greater Milford and the surrounding communities for enrichment and understanding of the performing arts.

Second Street Players is a year-round community theater which produces shows covering practically every genre. Included in our yearly productions, you will find musicals, dramas, comedies, original works, our Children's Dessert Theater and cooperative productions with other cultural groups and schools.

Riverfront Theater is located at 2 South Walnut Street on the south bank of the Mispillion River in scenic downtown Milford, Delaware.  The theater is handicapped accessible and we can accommodate the hearing impaired.

SSP programs are made possible, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts
