Teen Warehouse Do More 24 Delaware 2024

Organization Mission:

The mission of The Warehouse is to create a safe collaborative environment that revolutionizes Teen engagement in the city of Wilmington with the vision of developing confident, contributing and courageous young adults.

The Warehouse is a teen-led programming space, guided by the mantra, “For Teens, By Teens.” A cohort of teen executives sets the mission, shapes programming to meet the needs and interests of their peers, and leads outreach efforts to welcome all members of their community to the space. The chair of this teen cohort also serves as co-chair of The Warehouse Board of Directors. This teen-centered approach has strengthened engagement and participation in RISE as well as the full roster of academic, recreational, and personal development programs offered to all teen members.
