Since our inception in 2012, Zoë Ministries has been a catalyst for change in Delaware.  Our efforts ignited the passage of legislation, establishment of statewide infrastructure for survivor support, and an increased level of professional and community awareness through trainings.

Hannah’s House, nestled on a 27-acre property in Delaware, will be the first and only provider of specialized long-term residential care for confirmed and suspected female trafficked minors in Delaware and the surrounding states. Zoë Ministries is equipped with highly trained, trauma-informed professionals to address the unique needs of trafficking survivors. The home will offer a safe haven for survivors, providing individualized care plans which include therapy, mentorship, medical care, education, legal aid, job skills, life skills, and spiritual support. Our faith-based approach to healing is grounded in compassion and restoration. We anticipate that our residents may suffer from mental health conditions, physical maladies, and trauma-related symptoms that will require immediate and long-term care. Hannah’s House will provide the comprehensive support that these survivors need to heal and rebuild their lives.

While the state provides a per diem rate, there is a crucial funding gap that threatens to hinder our services. To ensure we can deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to this vulnerable population unserved in the United States, we need support to bridge this gap.Your support will enable us to provide essential services like therapy, case management, medical care, and wrap around service to these vulnerable survivors.
