AIDS Delaware was founded in 1984 by volunteer activists who refused to look away as HIV took hold in our communities. More than forty years later, that same commitment continues to guide our work across Delaware — because progress can't pause, especially for people living with HIV.

Today, AIDS Delaware is the largest HIV service organization in the state, with offices in Wilmington, Dover, and Georgetown. We serve people living with HIV through wraparound services that support health, stability, and dignity—ensuring that care continues even when circumstances change.

Do More 24 donations provide direct emergency support for clients living with HIV who are enrolled in the Ryan White program. When unexpected expenses arise, progress can stall quickly. These funds help cover critical needs that fall outside traditional insurance and public benefits that allow care, treatment, and stability to continue without interruption.
