About United Way of Delaware (UWDE)

Mission: At United Way of Delaware, we're answering the call to help our community thrive. We're working to ensure kids can read on grade level by third grade, support career and college success for youth, connect families to vital resources through Delaware 211, and empower individuals with the tools they need to achieve financial stability. It’s about creating lasting change that lifts up everyone, not just offering temporary fixes.

When you give to United Way of Delaware you are helping children and families. Whether it's a kindergartner who lacks the resources to learn remotely, or a family calling 2-1-1 seeking immediate shelter, United Way of Delaware has initiatives in the community that make an impact in the lives of real people.
