Organization Mission:

Scouting America Mission: To prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Scout Oath: “On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.” Scout Law: A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.

Join the movement and help us serve nearly 10,000 boys and girls on Delmarva in 2023! This is an exciting time in our council. We are GROWING again! 

We need YOU to help us bring the values of the Scout Oath and Law to as many young people as possible. By contributing to the BSA, you provide access to leadership opportunities, workforce development experiences, after-school programs for at-risk youth, and more.
