$15,000 goal

Support Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity and its mission of serving the Kent County, DE community. All donations will go towards supporting our homeownership and neighborhood revitalization programs.

For many, 2024 was a trying time full of unprecedented challenges—but for Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, it was also a year of incredible milestones. Thanks to supporters like you, we dedicated homes to four families, began constructing four more, and have three additional homes in the pipeline.

But with this incredible progress comes the responsibility of significant costs. We need to raise $200,000 in 2025 to continue building homes in Kent County.

One of the families we’re serving, the Armstead family, embodies the heart of our mission. Hyeshia, her two teenage daughters, and her young grandson, whom she gained custody of after her daughter’s tragic passing, are working tirelessly for a brighter future. They currently live in a cramped, overpriced apartment, far from the safe and stable home they dream of.

Your support can bring that dream closer to reality.

  • $30 provides lighting for a kitchen,
  • $100 installs a new window in a child’s bedroom,
  • $150 adds a door to a home.

No matter the size, every gift creates tangible change for families like the Armsteads.
