Chapel Street Players: Transformations and Timeless!

Organization Mission:

Our mission is to produce plays for the entertainment, education, and cultural development of the community. To carry this out, activities include: producing plays on an annual schedule for presentation to subscribers and the general public; providing opportunities to participate in various phases of the theater and studying the various aspects of theater; experimenting with new plays and new techniques.

Support for local theater comes from individuals like you. With fewer foundations, smaller grants, and formerly localized investments now leaving the state, the impact you have is more important than ever.

24 hours of giving leads right into 24 hours of original theater. Our annual George Cope 24-Hour Playwriting Festival begins Friday, March 6, with auditions followed by overnight writing, lightning-fast rehearsals and the all-original, one-time-only performance on Saturday, March 7, at 8 p.m. Bring your receipt for any donation to CSP via Do More 24 and see the show for free!
