$600 goal

I’m Suzanne West.

I’m fundraising for The Everett Theater.

Hi, my name is Chloe, I am 7 years old.  I am fundraising for my favorite theater, The Everett.  I have been coming to shows at the Everett ever since I could walk.  My G would bring me dressed as a character from the show.  It was so much fun!  My Aunt and Uncle used to preform in shows her all the time, and long before that my Cousin and Aunt Jane were here too!  Now it is my turn, I will be preforming in the Wizard of Oz summer camp, right here at the Everett!  I can’t wait, new show, new and old friends, of course COSTUMES!  What not to love ❤️. Please help me and the Everett theater by donating.  No donation is to small.  Thank you and come see me this August  18th and 19th in the Wizard of Oz!!  THANK YOU💕

About The Everett Theater

Mission: To foster and develop the arts in the geographic area of Middletown, Delaware encompassing the community’s culturally diverse resources and to preserve the historic nature of the Everett theatre. Our mission features two primary directions: the visual arts expressed through the Gilbert W. Perry Jr. Center for the Arts and the performing arts expressed through the Everett Theatre complex.

“Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference.”

The Everett is the Crown Jewel of Main St. Middletown. We are a comprehensive hub of activity supporting our community beyond the arts. With our collaborations for AIDS Delaware, Book Drives and Free Library, Eagle Scout Projects, Red Cross Blood Drives, Toys for Tots, Food Drives and our comprehensive Youth Development opportunities we strive to give back to our community.

We bring social justice issues to life on our stage with productions like 12 Angry Jurors, Rent, West Side Story, Bring It On, The Prom and more. Every season we use our platform to help amplify issues, open minds and start conversations while fostering a safe space of inclusion.

At The Everett, our Youth Development programming provides opportunities to *Mentor Up* students, providing life and job skills training from working the tech, financial literacy, leadership roles, organizational skills, time management, teamwork as well as a creative outlet. From our completely student run productions to having students actively sitting on committees from marketing to fundraising we support the growth and success of our youth.

Our new college scholarship program recognizes students for academic success and service. We are committed to supporting education and our students as they transition into adulthood.
