Delaware’s nonprofits respond to urgent needs, advocate for change, and create spaces where people can learn, heal, and belong. But the strength of a nonprofit is only as strong as the people leading and sustaining it.

DANA exists to support those people. Through professional development, peer learning, consulting, and connection, we help nonprofit leaders build the skills, confidence, and relationships they need to do their work well and do it for the long haul. 

And each year, more organizations seek connection, guidance, and practical tools to strengthen governance, grow leadership capacity, and navigate an increasingly complex environment. This is where your support comes in.
