Organization Mission:

At the DCJ, we listen, we amplify, and we act to seek justice for all Delawareans through advocacy and services. We provide state-of-the-art, evidence-based programming to our clients, seeking justice for each individual as we seek justice for all.

Justice isn't guaranteed.  It is built case by case, person by person. 

Your support helps the Delaware Center for Justice keep families together, guide youth toward opportunity, and help returning citizens rebuild their lives.

We are raising funds to expand our programs, strengthen vital services, and create lasting impact across our communities. With your partnership, we can continue advancing restorative justice, supporting second chances, and building safer, stronger neighborhoods for everyone.

  • For $10.50, a  2 new books are provided to a child in the Read In, Read Out Program, helping connect families through the power of literacy. 

  • For $25, you can restore dignity with a hygiene kit for someone returning home. Your gift provides essential items like soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and other personal care supplies — helping individuals feel confident, and ready to take their next steps forward.

  • For $105, you empower mobility with a bike for someone rebuilding their life..  Your gift provides reliable transportation that can make all the difference — helping someone get to work, attend appointments, access essential services, and regain independence. 

  • For $1,050, you can help divert a case from the criminal justice system into restorative justice. Your support makes it possible for individuals to take responsibility, repair harm, and rebuild relationships in a way that promotes accountability and healing — rather than punishment alone.
