The Delaware HIV Consortium is dedicated to providing leadership to eliminate HIV in Delaware by supporting and providing optimal HIV care and prevention services.

  • $12 – Provides a DART bus pass, ensuring clients can reach vital medical appointments.
  • $25 – Funds an HIV test kit, including in-home options for privacy and early detection.
  • $50 – Supplies hygiene products for 15 clients, supporting dignity and well-being.
  • $125 – Provides food, hygiene essentials, and test kits for two clients in need.
  • $200 – Ensures monthly hygiene essentials for eight clients.

Every year, hundreds of Delawareans face barriers to accessing the care they need to fight HIV. While government grants help fund some of our programs, many vital services remain underfunded—or receive no funding at all.

About Delaware HIV Consortium

By working collaboratively with community partners and by providing direct services, the Consortium ensures that Delawareans living with HIV/AIDS have access to:
  • HIV case management
  • Transportation assistance
  • A housing assistance program
  • Emergency financial assistance
  • HIV community planning, outreach, education, testing, and advocacy
Additionally, we administer programs on behalf of the Delaware Division of Public Health, including:
  • HIV prevention education campaigns
  • A PrEP Navigation program
