At DiAE, our mission is to enhance the quality of education in Delaware by delivering arts-integrated, multicultural experiences to students and teachers of all ages …inspiring the artist within.
At DiAE, we're distributing family activity art kits to engage students in fun learning activities during these stressful and disconnected times. Our goal of $5,500 will allow us to reach 1,000 more families throughout Delaware, especially in challenged neighborhoods that are significantly hit hard by the pandemic.
Each kit includes everything they need to complete fun projects including pillow box totems, family crests, paper flowers, and puppets made from toilet rolls, colorful tissue paper, and googly eyes. The kits are geared to elementary school students, but family members of all ages are joining in the fun!
Every bit helps us reach our goal of $5,500.00. Friends who donate $50.00 or more will receive a ticket to a virtual benefit concert featuring Delaware native and platinum-selling, chart-topping country music star Jimmie Allen. Any donor that day who makes a $50 or greater donation will receive the link to the virtual benefit concert, which will air at 8 PM on Friday, March 5.
