The mission of the ACLU of Delaware is to preserve and advance civil liberties and civil rights in the State of Delaware as enshrined in the United States and Delaware Constitutions through education and advocacy without consideration of political association.

Free press, free speech, and our right to gather and protest is all being denied at a level never seen before. We the People deserve better.

From the arrest of reporter Don Lemon for covering anti-ICE content, the wave of Washington Post firings to prioritize 'authority and impact,' to the murder and kidnapping of hundreds of our neighbors and friends under the guise of community safety - the United States of America is not ok. Please do not be silent and watch our Democracy be bought and violated when we know there is another way.

Please join me in supporting the ACLU of Delaware who provides essential Know Your Rights trainings up and down the state to keep us all safe and informed as we speak out about the injustices facing our nation. ACLU of Delaware coalitions and partnerships are strategizing every day to counteract the impact of these constitutional abuses, and we need resources to make essential change through legislation, litigation, advocacy, and community organizing.
