Support Delaware’s Largest Parkinson's Community During Do More 24 Delaware!
Parkinson’s disease affects millions globally, but right here in Sussex County, we’re making a difference. Our mission is to support individuals and families facing Parkinson’s through a variety of services, including exercise programs, education, and compassionate community support.

A Parkinson’s diagnosis can feel overwhelming, leaving individuals and their loved ones with more questions than answers. That’s where we come in—providing the guidance, resources, and community connections necessary to navigate the complexities of living with Parkinson’s. Our group offers specialized exercise programs, up-to-date information, and a welcoming environment where no one has to face Parkinson’s alone.

What We Do:
  • We sponsor over 5 support meetings a month, offering connection and community for those living with Parkinson’s and their families.
  • Daily exercise classes via Zoom and in person, led by certified trainers specializing in Parkinson’s disease-specific fitness.
  • Group speech therapy sessions with a licensed LOUD Crowd speech therapist to support communication needs.
  • A weekly chorus group, which performs quarterly concerts for our community.
  • Our caregivers meet multiple times a month for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and virtual support via Zoom.
  • We share weekly education and resources from national Parkinson’s foundations, ensuring members stay informed.
  • Our strong, supportive member community watches out for each other, ensuring no one faces their journey alone.
How Your Support Makes a Difference: Your donation offers hope and practical help to individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s. Every dollar we raise ensures that our programs—designed to improve quality of life—remain accessible and free of charge for all participants. From fitness classes tailored to Parkinson’s to educational resources and peer support, we’re here to empower our local Parkinson’s community to live well today and every day.

By contributing to our Do More 24 campaign, you’re not just making a donation—you’re becoming part of a movement dedicated to empowerment, education, and shared experiences. Together, we can continue to expand our impact and bring more hope to those affected by Parkinson’s.
