Family Promise of Southern Delaware New Beginnings Campaign
Organization Mission:
"Every child deserves a home". We provide assistance to families with children that are in housing distress through homeless prevention and stabilization services.
Help Family Promise of Southern Delaware prevent families from becoming homeless!
Your donations in previous years have helped over 400 families avoid becoming homeless. Our Prevention Program funds helped families with rental/utility arrearages and moving-in expenses.
For 2026, we will be focusing on New Beginnings! Every donation received during the DoMore24 Campaign will be used to help families pay for first months rent and security deposit. Throughout the year, we have the opportunity to work with families leaving transitional housing or temporary situations to move into their own apartments. Funds from this 2026 DoMore24 Campaign will focus on helping these families to have a fresh start. In 2025, we assisted 16 families to realize their new home dreams and we hope to help even more in 2026. With your help we will get there!!
