The Frankford Public Library needs your support now more than ever. As an independent library, we must raise 37% of our operating budget each year to sustain daily operations. Without a Friends group, community support is essential to maintaining consistent services.
We serve an underserved population, and our library is a vital access point for technology. Students and our aging population rely heavily on our internet, computers, printing, and faxing services for schoolwork, employment-related needs, and everyday tasks. As nearly half of local residents hold library cards, programs are fuller, materials circulate more, and the need for our services continues to increase.
