TeenSHARP is doing long-game impactful work - the kind that truly changes the face of leadership in America and across the globe. TeenSHARP knows how to help talented young folks of color get into our nation's best colleges and their 16 years of results are unmatched. 100 percent of students graduated from high school and are now freshmen at schools that include  Princeton, UPenn, Pomona, Northeastern, Howard, University of Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Tufts, and many more. Community support makes this life-changing work possible. We invite you to support TeenSHARP and invest in our amazing students!

About TeenSHARP, Inc.

Mission: Building a diverse pipeline of leaders, one top college admission at a time

Founded in 2009, TeenSHARP is a dynamic learning community that empowers Black, Latino, and low-income students across the Delaware Valley. By using top college admissions as a catalyst for change, we are reshaping the landscape of leadership in America.

What started with just 10 students in a church basement has grown into a movement, reaching hundreds of students through our transformative virtual programs. Over the past 16 years, more than 700 TeenSHARP scholars have gained admission to top institutions like Yale, MIT, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia, Penn, Vanderbilt, Macalester, Pomona, Northeastern, and Swarthmore.

Our impact goes beyond college acceptance—TeenSHARP alumni graduate on time, with minimal debt. Nearly all complete college within four years (all within six), and on average, they leave with $15,000 or less in student loans—a fraction of the national average.

At TeenSHARP, we don’t just help students get in—we prepare them to lead and thrive.
