Friend of the Brandywine Hundred Library Do More in 2026
Organization Mission:
The Friends of the Brandywine Hundred Library plays an important role for the library by providing material support to enhance the library’s ability to serve its patrons.
Thank you for your continued support of the Brandywine Hundred Public Library! In 2025, your generosity allowed us to provide 44 more programs, attended by almost 2,000 participants. In 2026, we hope to offer even more programs for working families in our community!
Funding from this year's DoMore24 will provide additional evening & weekend programs, allowing more families to attend programs outside of their work, school, or daycare hours. These programs give families a chance to spend time together, engaged in entertaining and educational activities, without cost. They will give children new experiences in music, science, engineering, math, and language, while building the background knowledge and vocabulary that contribute to their future reading success. And, of course, they will help make these families library users for life! We thank you in advance for supporting this effort!
