Girls Inc. of Delaware provides holistic programming that equips girls with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to succeed in school, career, and life. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, leadership development, and access to critical resources, we empower girls to break barriers and achieve their full potential.

Our programs serve girls from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on those facing systemic challenges, including young women of color and those from low-income communities. By fostering resilience, leadership, and academic success, we help them navigate challenges, pursue their dreams, and become change-makers in their families, communities, and workplaces.

The Girls Inc. Experience equips girls to navigate gender, economic and social barriers and grow into healthy, educated and independent adults.  Our programs aim are designed to fulfill our mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. responds and adapts to the changing needs of girls and their communities. Girls who stay in our programs over time, are empowered to reach their full potential and to understand, value, and assert their rights. Our programs focuses on three areas:
