Keys To Her Future
Supporting the H.O.P.E House Transitional Living Program

Every year, young women age out of foster care and are expected to step into adulthood almost overnight. At a moment when stability matters most, many are navigating housing, independence, and healing all at once—often without a safe place to land.

This Do More 24, Duffy’s Hope is focused on supporting these young women through the H.O.P.E House Transitional Living Program.

H.O.P.E House provides safe, stable housing for young women aging out of foster care. It’s more than a place to stay—it’s a place to rest, breathe, and begin building a future rooted in dignity and stability.

Keys To Her Future is our Do More 24 fundraising campaign supporting H.O.P.E House. Each gift helps unlock access to safe housing and essential support during one of the most critical transitions in a young woman’s life.

A key doesn’t just open a door—it opens safety, dignity, and possibility.

This Do More 24, join us in unlocking stability for young women who deserve a safe place to land.

Donate today and help unlock her future.
About Duffy's Hope

Duffy's Hope Ambassadors and Parents At The 2025 Duffy's Hope Holiday Party.
Since 1998, Duffy’s Hope has served youth in our community and was recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2002. Duffy’s Hope offers programs that helps youth plan for their future and a path to achieve it.

Duffy's Hope Ambassador's Program: provides prevention programming that teaches youth to recognize high risk people, places, things and situations while building self-confidence to handle these risk factors through effective utilizations of a newly acquired skill set.

Project T.E.A.M.: aims to educate youth on abstaining from non-marital sexual activity by fostering a safe and informed environment. The program focuses on empowering teenagers from disadvantaged communities in New Castle County, Delaware—particularly in Wilmington and surrounding areas. By addressing sexual risk factors and promoting healthy decision-making, Project T.E.A.M. works to support positive outcomes for minority teenagers.

Project D.R.I.V.E: Provides students with tools to enhance self-esteem, self-worth, healthy relationships and motivation to plan for their future. This will help the youth make informed decisions.

Youth Summer Basketball League: a free sports program delivering meaningful, healthy and safe activities for high school aged students. The basketball leagues are used to instruct young people the importance of healthy lifestyles, literacy, self-esteem, conflict resolution and leadership.

H.O.P.E House Transitional Residence Program: Our mission with THP is to meet each young adult where they are, helping them build self-sufficiency through encouragement, stability, and a supportive community. With our unique approach to M.E.E.T.I.N.G.—Motivating, Educating, Empowering, Transforming, Inspiring, Nurturing, and Guiding—we offer resources and mentorship tailored to their needs during these critical years. Through a 12-18 month journey, THP provides not only shelter but a network of professionals and community members committed to fostering growth, self-esteem, and independence. By creating meaningful relationships and listening to their voices, we empower each young woman to shape her path forward.
