About OUTLOUD DE Inc.

Through holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed programs, we provide the tools, training, and support youth need to thrive. Centering healing as a foundation for growth, we foster collective care, resilience, and belonging.

Working alongside families, mentors, and community partners, OUTLOUD DE cultivates civically engaged youth and creates pathways for young people to meaningfully contribute to and shape the systems that impact their lives. By addressing barriers to wellness and expanding access to opportunity, we support lasting, community-driven change.

Our goal is to build a just and inclusive future where young people and communities thrive together, strengthened by shared responsibility, empowered by youth voice, and guided by equity and care.

Programs:

Bridge to Wellness: equips middle and high school students to address mental health and substance use challenges in their schools and communities. Using a peer-to-peer service-learning model and a combination of the Stand Together and IMPACT curricula, students receive training to understand mental and substance use disorders and the impact of stigma. They then design and lead peer-to-peer projects and creative campaigns that educate their classmates, promote social inclusion, and encourage peers to seek help from trusted adults. Through this process, students build knowledge, confidence, leadership skills, and resilience, while driving positive change in their schools and communities.

The Boss Collective empowers women to find purpose beyond their roles, build supportive communities, and practice self-care to sustain themselves as they serve others. Through mentorship, skill-building, and guided reflection, participants cultivate confidence, clarity, and agency and develop the tools to lead with impact and resilience.

Boss Collective Jr. – School-Based Program
Boss Collective Jr. is a school-based mentorship and leadership development experience designed to cultivate the next generation of confident, purpose-driven leaders. The program is facilitated by trained staff who guide students through structured activities focused on building self-awareness/self-care, communication skills, resilience, and leadership capacity.

Girl Code Sister Circles is a mentoring and wellness program for girls and young women that operates in both school-based tracks and community bi-monthly wellness circles. Through identity-affirming, culturally responsive programming, participants engage in intergenerational conversations with mentors and community leaders, fostering guidance, perspective, and support. The program promotes mental, emotional, and social wellness while helping participants build confidence, leadership skills, and tools to navigate school, relationships, and life with resilience and purpose.

Bro Code Wellness Circles are bi-monthly gatherings that bring together young men and older male role models in safe, guided spaces to share experiences, engage in intergenerational conversations, and promote mental, emotional, and social wellness. These circles help participants build resilience, confidence, and connection as they explore healthy masculinity, leadership, and peer support.

Skate to Wellness
is a FREE quarterly, community-based program that engages families in movement and recreation to support mental, emotional, and physical wellness.
