Support Pathways to Success and its mission to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help at-risk youth to develop to be healthy, productive, contributing and responsible citizens.
We currently have in-school and after-school programs in five Delaware high schools; Cape Henlopen High School, Milford High School, Seaford High School, Polytech High School, and Sussex Technical High School. We provide C.A.R.E. (consistent, authentic, respectful, empowerment) for students that are at risk of not graduating and need additional support personally, financially, and academically. Students enrolled in our program have a 98% graduation rate, with 96% going on to college, entering the military, or finding full time employment.
The funds raised in Do More 24 Delaware will provide our graduating seniors going on to college with school supplies, like printers and laptops, and dorm essentials, like bedding, laundry detergent, and personal care items. In addition, funds will provide workforce essentials for our graduating seniors going on to full-time employment, including career training or certification, uniforms or professional attire, and gas cards to get to and from work as they start their careers. In addition, funds will provide food for students currently facing food insecurity.
