Running up that "Bridge" for the Inland Bays

A fundraiser for Delaware Center for the Inland Bays

$3,590 raised from 55 donors

$2,400 goal

I’m Mark Carter.

I’m fundraising for Delaware Center for the Inland Bays.

The work of the Center for the Inland Bays is important for EVERYONE.  Clean and healthy bays contribute so much to our existence to include our recreation (birding, paddling, sailing and more), our relaxation (those beautiful sunrises and sunsets), our economy (eco-tourism, fishing, aquaculture, and more), our tastebuds (oysters, crabs, and more).  It's critical that we all do our part to protect, restore and preserve our bays for generations to come.

So, what's "Running up that Bridge" have to do with the bays?
I'll be running over the Inlet bridge 24 times  and covering a distance of 24 miles to raise funds for the Center.   The plan is to run 2 miles every 2 hours for 24 hours.

Please consider making a donation to help further the work of the Center.  If 240 folks contribute a $10 or more donation, I can hit my goal of $2400 to support the Center.  Your support is welcomed & appreciated.

Let's all do our part to protect, restore, and preserve OUR inland bays.
