Organization Mission:
The mission of CoroAllegro is the pursuit of artistic excellence in small ensemble singing, both in a cappella work and in collaboration with instrumental artists, community outreach to traditionally under- served audiences, and arts literacy and education.

In André Thomas’ powerful setting of I Hear America Singing, individual voices rise — distinct, independent — yet together they create something larger than themselves.
That spirit of collective strength is exactly what DoMore24 is about.
From 6:00 pm on March 5 through 6:00 pm on March 6, CoroAllegro will participate in Delaware’s 24-hour day of giving. We invite you to be one of the voices that helps sustain our music.
If you are able, we encourage you to consider making your gift at one of these key hours:
• 6:00-7:00 pm or 9:00-10:00 pm on Thursday, March 5 • 7:00-8:00 am or 5:00-6:00 pm on Friday, March 6
A gift at any hour makes a difference, but concentrated support at these times can help us gain visibility and momentum during challenge periods.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 from our community. If we reach that goal, our Board of Directors will unlock an additional $1,000 matching contribution. My personal goal is to reach $500.
The minimum donation is just $5 — and every gift, at every level, strengthens our ability to bring programs like I HEAR AMERICA SINGING: A 250th Birthday Celebration to our Wilmington community.
As Whitman wrote, America sings in many voices. On March 5–6, we hope yours will be one of them.
