We’re transforming how Delaware gives. Our team supports nonprofits through strategy sessions, digital tools, and personalized coaching to help them raise more—and steward donors better. Our platform, Delaware Gives, features over 900 nonprofit profiles and powers the state’s largest giving day, Do More 24 Delaware, which has raised more than $12 million for 600+ nonprofits since 2020.

📈 Spur Leadership
From young professionals to experienced changemakers, our Spur Leadership programs create meaningful pathways for civic and career growth. Our flagship event, the MillSummit, draws 250+ leaders each year for networking, personal development, and impact-building. Programs like Emerging Leaders Community (ELC) and Health in High Heels continue to empower individuals with the tools—and confidence—to lead.

Through our Spur Giving Network, we help nonprofits grow stronger from the inside out. From fundraising and marketing workshops to our one-day retreat, Get on Board: Spur Service, we train hundreds of board members, executive leaders, and development staff to create resilient, effective, and diverse organizations ready to meet the needs of today—and tomorrow.
