Support Delaware Dance Company and its mission to support communities in Delaware!

Our impact in the community continues to grow through donations from individuals like you. With fewer foundations and smaller grants, the impact you have is more important than ever.

We would love dance to be enjoyed by everyone!

The DDC dance community relies on your support to:
- Offer financial assistance to those who need it
- Continue to grow gender diversity, in offering ballet tuition free to boys
- Support our teachers in their continuing education
- Keep our tuition fees and ticket prices as low as possible

But the future of our work is not at all assured. We need you to ensure we able to "Continue to Grow" as a member of Delaware's arts community and offer all the programs that make Delaware Dance Company special.

About Delaware Dance Company

Mission: To advance the knowledge and appreciation of dance in the community and region through instruction, performances, and outreach programs: to provide the highest quality educational opportunities possible in all aspects of dance to anyone desiring such education; to be viewed as a community and regional leader in preparing vocational students for a professional career in dance.

Delaware Dance Company has been a fixture in the greater Newark area arts community for nearly four decades. In addition to offering top quality dance education through academic year classes and summer programs, DDC has presented an annual "Nutcracker" ballet every year since 1984.  In the spring, DDC presents a second production, either a mixed repertoire dance concert or a story-based dance feature. When possible, local school groups are invited to see these productions free of charge.

DDC offers tuition assistance to families with demonstrated need so that all children who desire a dance eduction can enroll in classes.  Recently, a program to offer free and reduced tuition classes for boys was initiated to increase the gender diversity at the school. DDC works to inspire a love of dance in all who participate in its programs!
